1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved tentative plat. Please submit one copy of the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP

The Grading Plan (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP.
2. The grading plan cannot be approved prior to the tentative plat.
3. As per the Federal ADA requirements, all wheel chair ramps shall have the truncated domes instead of the standard grooves that are shown on COT SD 207. Aside from the Truncated Domes, all wheel chair ramps shall be constructed in accordance with COT SD 207.
4. Change grading note no. 4 to "All grading shall conform to City of Tucson D.S. 11.0."
5. Correct the street name on the Survey Control Detail 1, sheet 2.
6. Remove the reference to M.A.G. and use the correct call out for the grated catch basin on the Drainage Inlet detail 6/3.
7. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting"
8. List administrative address/site address on plans.
9. List subdivision number (S05-052) and the GP number (T05BU02546) on the plans.
10. Show cross section with transverse and longitudinal slopes.
11. Please show the proposed roof drainage patterns, 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks. Please provide supporting calculations to demonstrate compliance with D.S. 3-01.4.4. If the location(s) of the roof scuppers have not yet been decided, add a general note indicating sidewalk scuppers (per COT/SD) will be used when the roof scuppers locations have been designed.
12. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information.

Drainage report:
1. The DR has been accepted by engineering.

Stormwater pollution prevention plan:
1. The SWPPP has been accepted by engineering. Re-submit the SWPPP's along with the corrected copies of the grading plan.
