Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved development plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped development, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved site/development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

4. A site card with DSD approvals by Fire, Zoning, Handi-cap, Engineering, and Landscape/NPPO including the approved development plan stamped for site plan approval and signatures is required before the grading plan can be approved by Zoning. Two copies of the approved development plan, landscape and NPPO plans are to be submitted with the grading plans packet for processing and approval as a site plan. No fees are involved in re-stamping the development/tentative plat plans as an approved site plan. The development plan may be walked through for stamps and site card sign off. Submit the following: two copies of the stamped development plan, landscape and NPPO plans must be included with the grading plans packet processed together for site approval.

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP

The Grading Plan (GP), Drainage Report (DR) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:
1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP.
2. Include 4 copies of the GP.
3. The GP cannot be approved prior the approval of the development plan.
4. As per the Federal ADA requirements, all wheel chair ramps shall have the truncated domes instead of the standard grooves that are shown on COT SD 207. Aside from the Truncated Domes, all wheel chair ramps shall be constructed in accordance with COT SD 207.
5. Label existing and future sight visibility triangles per D.S. 2-02.2.1.10. The SVT's are not shown correctly. Revise as required.
6. Add to general notes: All grading shall conform to D.S. 11.0.
7. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting"
8. Add the basin(s) maintenance responsibility note per S.M.D.D.F.M. 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2 to the GP.
9. List administrative address/site address on plans.
10. Provide a wheelchair ramp for the sidewalk at the NW corner of the project. Also, the existing WC ramp at the South end of the property must be brought up to current City of Tucson standands.
11. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information.






Drainage report:
1. The DR has been accepted by the Engineering Division.

Stormwater pollution prevention plan:
1. The SWPPP has been accepted by the Engineering Division.
2. Submit the three copies of the previously submitted SWPPP with the next submittal if the GP.
