Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved development plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped development, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved site/development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming. 4. A site card with DSD approvals by Fire, Zoning, Handi-cap, Engineering, and Landscape/NPPO including the approved development plan stamped for site plan approval and signatures is required before the grading plan can be approved by Zoning. Country Club Drive Grading Plan T05BU023432 (First review) T15S, R13E, Section 32 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP The Grading Plan (GP), Drainage Report (DR) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. Include 4 copies of the GP. 3. The GP cannot be approved prior the approval of the development plan. 4. As per the Federal ADA requirements, all wheel chair ramps shall have the truncated domes instead of the standard grooves that are shown on COT SD 207. Aside from the Truncated Domes, all wheel chair ramps shall be constructed in accordance with COT SD 207. 5. Label existing and future sight visibility triangles per D.S. 2-02.2.1.10. The SVT's are not shown correctly. Revise as required. 6. Add to general notes: All grading shall conform to D.S. 11.0. 7. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting" 8. Add the basin(s) maintenance responsibility note per S.M.D.D.F.M. 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2 to the GP. 9. List administrative address/site address on plans. 10. Provide a wheelchair ramp for the sidewalk at the NW corner of the project. Also, the existing WC ramp at the South end of the property must be brought up to current City of Tucson standands. 11.
