Benson Hwy., Caylor Industrial Grading Plan T05bu02244 (First Review) T14S, R14E, Section 32 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan. The Grading Plan (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. As per the Federal ADA requirements, all wheel chair ramps shall have the truncated domes instead of the standard grooves that are shown on COT SD 207. Aside from the Truncated Domes, all wheel chair ramps shall be constructed in accordance with COT SD 207. This requirement is for all wheelchair ramps required of the project. 3. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting" 4. Include a detail of the trash enclosure. 5. Label existing and future sight visibility triangles. 6. There is a conflict with note no. 20 and the Drainage Report. 7. Show both sides of the entrance with 25' radius and wheelchair ramp. 8. List Site Plan number on the GP. 9. Call out surface paving material. 10. Show details of all surface materials. 11. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Detention/Retention basin: · Match Drainage report. · Cross-sections and dimension. · Water surface elevations. · Peak discharge at basin's outlet. Drainage report: 1. The DR has been conditionally accepted by engineering. 2. Show a cross-section and a detail of the Det./Ret. basin.
