RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: DRAINAGE REPORT, THREE COPIES OF THE GRADING PLAN, AND SWPPP

Additional comments could be forthcoming due to changes and revisions to the site.

1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match.

DRAINAGE REPORT COMMENTS

1. Include a very detailed Detention/Retention Basin Maintenance Checklist and schedule in the drainage report. SMDDFM 2.3.1.6.C.

The response letter stated the above comment was addressed. However the revised drainage report did not have a Detention/Retention Basin Maintenance Checklist or I overlooked the checklist in my review. Revise accordingly and in the response letter indicate where the basin checklist can be found.

STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN COMMENTS

1. Please note that a copy of the Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit must be on the construction site from the start of construction to the end of the project. (Part IV.F)
