A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. Indicate on the grading plan the area of disturbance. Construction disturbance of over an acre requires submittal of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). 3. Sheet C-1 indicates in section A that the alley is to remain existing. Are any improvements occurring offsite in the alley? Are improvements occurring where the vehicles are egressing from the site to the alley? 4. Indicate the height of the walls shown in detail section A and B on sheet C-1. 5. There appears to be a wall depicted in the landscape border along Campbell Ave and Broadway Blvd., is this a correct assumption? If this is a wall call out on the plan and indicate the height. |
