SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has reviewed the revised plan for the grading submittal and permit application for Fox Hideaway Lot 9 at the front counter with the architect and recommends approval of the site and grading plan.

GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS:
1) A COPY OF THE GRADING PLAN, GRADING PERMIT, AND ANY GEOTECHNICAL REPORTS SHALL BE KEPT AT THE SITE AT ALL TIMES, UNTIL FINAL GRADING APPROVAL.
2) PER HDZ REQUIREMENTS, A GEOTECHNICAL REPORT MAY BE REQUIRED IF SLOPES EXCEED 2:1(H:V).
3) LIMITS OF GRADING SHALL BE MAINTAINED.
4) EXCEEDING GRADING LIMITS OR OTHER CHANGES TO THE GRADING DESIGN MAY REQUIRE A REVISED GRADING PLAN.
