It appears that all buildings were removed form the WASH mitigation area eliminating the WASH mitigation area. However all plans in the submittal should reflect the removal of buildings out of the resource area, not just the grading plan. 2. Three copies of the grading plan are required. Floodplain Use Permit: 1. The FUP cannot be approved prior to the grading plan. Re-submit along with the grading plan. Drainage Report: 1. Please submit a detailed response letter to the review comments along with the corrected copies of the DR. 2. Revise all maps and reports to reflect the current changes shown on the site plan. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan.
