Grading Plan T05BU02084 (First Review) T13S, R15E, Section 33 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Statement. The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Statement (DS) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. The Grading plan cannot be approved prior to the approval of the Site Plan. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on the comments. 3. As per the Federal ADA requirements, all wheel chair ramps shall have the truncated domes instead of the standard grooves that are shown on COT SD 207. Aside from the Truncated Domes, all wheel chair ramps shall be constructed in accordance with COT SD 207. Call out truncated domes on the plan. 4. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting" 5. List the Grading plan number on the plans and also reference the Site plan number on the plans. 6. Please show the proposed roof drainage patterns, 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks. Please provide supporting calculations to demonstrate compliance with D.S. 3-01.4.4. If the location(s) of the roof scuppers have not yet been decided, add a general note indicating sidewalk scuppers (per COT/SD) will be used when the roof scuppers locations have been designed. 7. Show details of all surface materials. 8. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information. 9. Edit grading and paving note no. 6 to include D.S. 11.0. Drainage Statement: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the DS. 2. A Drainage Statement is a brief description of drainage conditions applicable for a site which are not affected by 100 year flows of 100 cfs, of more……per S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.2. The DS must be submitted along with the site plan and accepted with the approval of the grading plan. 3. The content and format of the Drainage Statement should follow S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.2. 4. Show the project address or administration address on the cover sheet of the DS. 5. If applicable, add the basin(s) maintenance responsibility note and checklist per S.M.D.D.F.M. 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2 to the DS. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3.
