Please provide three copies of the revised grading plan addressing the comments provided below. GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: 1) Tucson Code Sec.26-2: The proposed ramada structure does not conform to the erosion hazard setback indicated on the plan. The structure must be setback for the erosion hazard area. 2) Show all linework as shown within the lot boundary as depicted on the Final Plat, including the delineation of the 20' private utility and private drainage easement, and the 10' public utility easement. 3) Revise grading limits to provide for disturbance area for construction area, and update note for square footage of disturbance. 4) DS Sec 9-04.3: Show compliance for this section of the HDZ standards. Provide the following data on the plan: a) Provide existing / proposed contour lines b) Show that there is no fill or encroachment into the drainage easement c) Label all slopes steeper than 3:1(H:V) with riprap and filter fabric or as specified by the geotechnical report d) Label all slopes 3:1(H:V) or less steep and label as revegetation with native plants e) For any retaining systems, label top & bottom of wall elevations on the plan f) Add a general note stating that the lot conforms to Hillside Development Zone (HDZ) requirements: DS Sec.9-04.3. 5) Revise notes 4, 6, and 7 to reference the City of Tucson (DS Sec.11-01: grading standards).
