09/20/2005 ANDREW CONNOR NPPO REVIEW Denied Any screen or wall higher than thirty (30) inches must be located outside of the sight visibility triangle per LUC 3.7.3.4. Clarify the location of 8' masonry wall indicated on site and grading plans and if necessary remove any portion within sight visibility triangle.
10/04/2005 PETER MCLAUGHLIN ZONING REVIEW Denied Within sight-visibility triangles (SVTs), lines of sight may not be obscured between 30 inches and 6 feet in height. An eight-foot high screen wall appears to be located partially within the future near-side sight visibility triangle. Revise grading plan to demonstrate clearly that the wall is outside of SVT.
