Please provide a copy of the stamped approved Tentative Plat for reference with three sets of revised Grading and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP's) and three SWPPP texts or reports. Please completely address all comments provided below on revised Paving/Grading Plans and in a detailed response letter:

1. Provide an administrate or project address on sheet 1
2. Revise Paving and Grading General Note 31 tor reflect grading conformance to Development Standard 11-01.0.
3. Provide a project or local benchmark with a description and elevation based on NAVD 1988.
4. Add notation to Keynote 7 (sheet 4) to provide truncated domes, in accordance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG).
5. Provide a note specifying a right of way permit requirement adjacent to the 12" bleeder pipe callout note and detail G on sheet 3.
6. Differential Grading criteria applies to the proposed grading as presently depicted. Please refer to Development Standard 11- 01.8.1 for detailed requirements that must be met prior to grading plan approval.

SWPPP:

1. Provide the owner's certification signature and date on page 11 of the SWPPP report.
2. Include the contractor's certification signature and date if known.
3. Please include a phone number under the Contractor's Note (Sheet 1/2, lower left) for non-compliance notification/reporting purposes.

Additional comments may be necessary upon resubmittal depending on the nature and extent of revisions that occur to the plans.

Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved tentative plat. Please submit one copy of the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

4. Per a Fedreral mandate truncated domes (early warning sysytems are required at access ramps. See Engineering comments related to the new requirement.
