Please completely address all comments provided below on revised Paving/Grading Plans and in a detailed response letter: 1. Provide an administrate or project address on sheet 1 2. Revise Paving and Grading General Note 31 tor reflect grading conformance to Development Standard 11-01.0. 3. Provide a project or local benchmark with a description and elevation based on NAVD 1988. 4. Add notation to Keynote 7 (sheet 4) to provide truncated domes, in accordance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG). 5. Provide a note specifying a right of way permit requirement adjacent to the 12" bleeder pipe callout note and detail G on sheet 3. 6. Differential Grading criteria applies to the proposed grading as presently depicted. Please refer to Development Standard 11- 01.8.1 for detailed requirements that must be met prior to grading plan approval. SWPPP: 1. Provide the owner's certification signature and date on page 11 of the SWPPP report. 2. Include the contractor's certification signature and date if known. 3. Please include a phone number under the Contractor's Note (Sheet 1/2, lower left) for non-compliance notification/reporting purposes. Additional comments may be necessary upon resubmittal depending on the nature and extent of revisions that occur to the plans. Please submit one copy of the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3.
