4. Correct spot elevations to indicate proper drainage flow. It appears that drainage flow has been altered on the west side area next to the retail office and equipment room. Justify the changed drainage flow.

8. Indicate the landscape area to be water harvesting. Indicate a dimensioned cross-section detail of water harvesting area.

10. Indicate the purpose for the 3 recycle tanks and demonstrate the collection process for the 8-inch pipe opening. Indicate size, access and maintenance of structures.

11. Indicate a dimensioned cross-section detail of the grill trench drains and recycle tanks.

12. Indicate a dimensioned cross-section detail of south wall and show wall openings and water surface elevation.

13. No development, storage of materials or equipment, or other uses shall be permitted which, acting alone or in combination with existing or future uses, create a danger or hazard to life or property. Development in the floodway fringe shall locate water supply, water treatment and sewage collection and disposal systems to eliminate or minimize infiltration of floodwaters into these systems and discharge of materials from these systems into floodwaters. Sec. 26-5.2.15

14. Garbage collection location should be above water surface.

15. Demonstrate how floodwaters will be kept out of the recycled water system.


Drainage Report

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
