Clearly indicate on grading plan the limits of disturbance and natural areas identical to approved NPP included in approved tentative plat. 2. Add note to grading plan: All plants designated to be preserved-in-place shall be retained at their existing grade during and after construction. Preservation fencing per DS 2-06. Figure 1 is required to be installed beyond the "drip-line" of the vegetation by one-half (½) the distance of the "drip-line" radius. DS 2-15.6.A 3. Note on grading plan: Prior to any site disturbance a pre-grading inspection is required. Inspections may be scheduled by calling the IVR system at (520) 740-6970, inspection #09015 or by calling the Landscape Field Representative directly at 791-5640 Ext. 1140. |

The Grading Plan (GP) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan cannot be approved as submitted. We offer the following comments: 1. Include response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. Include the redlined copy of the Grading plan. 3. Complete the Bk. and Pg. on the title of the cover sheet. 4. The Grading Plan can not be approved without the flood plain use permit, which is required for any work done within the 100-year flood plain limits. 5. Show details of all surface materials, including thickness dimensions. 6. Call out all slopes and stabilization material (concrete, riprap, Gabion or vegetation) as recommended by the Geotechnical Report. Provide a copy of the Geotechnical Report. 7. Verify compliance with the 404-Permit requirements. 8. Stormwater pollution prevention plan is acceptable; however, it can not be approved until the Grading Plan is approved. |
