The Grading Plan (GP) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting" 3. Complete the Bk. and Pg. on the title of the cover sheet. 4. A flood plain use permit will be required for any work done within the 100-year flood plain limits. 5. Rezoning Condition #4 on the tentative plat requires completing a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) or a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR). The grading plan cannot be approved prior to the issuance of the (CLOMR) and/or a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR). 6. As per the drainage report, the spillway shown shall be concrete or wire tied rip-rap with a splash pad. Revise as necessary. 7. Delineate the developed 100-year flood plain limits per the CLOMR and/or LOMR. 8. Correct the call out number on sheet 3. It should read "See Sheet No. 2". 9. Add note "All grading shall conform to D.S. 11-0". 10. Add note saying that the project shall adhere to the geotechnical report by Terracon with the date and number of the project. 11. Show details of all surface materials. 12. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information. 13. Show the 100-year flood peak discharge. 14. Call out all slopes and stabilization material (concrete, riprap, gabbions or vegetation). 15. Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line. 16. Call out peak discharges entering and exiting the site. 17. Submit 3 copies of the grading plan. Drainage report: 1. The drainage report has been accepted by engineering. Stormwater pollution prevention plan: Site Map 1. Show, on the site map, locations of concrete wash areas shall be a far away as possible from the Atterbury Wash. 2. Correct the detail of the section of the silt fence by removing the mound of dirt behind the silt fence. 3. Place straw bales across the East entrance of Lakeside Ridge Loop. Inspections 4. Add a note stating that the operator(s) shall report to ADEQ any noncompliance (including spills) which may endanger human health or the environment. The operator shall orally notify the office listed below within 24 hours: Arizona Department of Environmental Quality 1110 W. Include a certification and signature for each operator in accordance with Part VII.K. (Part IV.J.1) Reports and Other Information: 6. All NOTs, SWPPPs, reports, certifications, or information required by this general permit and other information requested by the ADEQ or authorized representative of the ADEQ shall be signed by a person described in Part VI.K.1 or by a duly authorized representative of that person. A person is a duly authorized representative only if: a) The signed and dated written authorization is included in the SWPPP and submitted to the ADEQ upon request. Please submit one copy of the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3.
