1)Provide detailing for drain tile. Backfill need to be a free draining soil to allow drainage to drain pipe. Drain pipe shall be covered with a filter membrane and granular material of aize to avoid plugging the weep hole.
2) Construction sequence and section detail need to note removal of top course and install 2-#4 for bond beam.
3) Construction sequence and section detail need to note epoxy #4 rebar into each course of existing pilaster.
