It appears that the selected sediment basin locations are not appropriate. They appear to be near high points where the water runoff is directed away from the basins. Revise as needed. 2. Detention Basin #9 shall revitalized and restored to operate properly once sediment basin operation is no longer required. Add a statement in the report that addresses this issue. 3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat. Additional comments may be forthcoming. 4. Revise detail note "D" on sheet 8 of 36. the Note states that a separate permit from Pima County Bldg. Codes will be applied for. Please revise the note to state that a City of Tucson permit is required. This project is within the City of Tucson Jurisdictional Limits. |
