The Grading Plan and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) were not approved at this time. Grading Plan comments: 1. Include a copy of the stamped approved tentative plat with the resubmittal. The grading permit cannot be approved without a copy of the approved tentative plat. 2. A floodplain use permit is required before the grading permit can be approved. Submit a complete floodplain use permit application along with the $50 permit fee and a $150 hydrology report review fee as required by the floodplain ordinance. 3. All type on the plans must be at least 12 point. Revise the plan on sheet one and on other sheets as needed. ( Stationing information on street monument is less than 12 point in some locations.) 4. Revise General Note 1 to indicate that the 2003 Standard Specifications will be followed. 5. Various callouts for details refer to incorrect details. Revise the plans as necessary to provide correct references. 6. As we discussed, clarify the uses of the properties adjacent to the east property boundary. Where the property adjoins residential uses other than 2 story multi-family, show that the differential grading requirements of the development standard are met within the outer 100 feet of the project. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan comments: 7. Part IV.C.2.d. Provide the estimated pre-construction run-off coefficient. 8. Part IV.C.3.b. Clearly identify on the map areas of soil disturbance Identify on the map areas not to be disturbed 9. Part IV.J.1. Each Operator must sign the SWPPP Revise the Grading Plan and prepare a SWPPP to address all of these comments and resubmit three copies of the grading plan and three copies of the SWPPP.
