The following items must be revised or added to the grading plan. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: GRADING PLAN

1. Grading plan approval is contingent on site plan approved.

2. Show roof drainage (flow arrows). DS 2-02.2.1.A.16.

3. Show the depth of the water harvesting areas in the landscape border. Either by a general note or label on the plan.

4. It appears there might be a differential grading issue with the proposed structures. Proposed fills in excess of two feet above existing grade at any location in the outer one hundred feet of the developing site adjacent to residentially zoned property require the procedure outlined in Development Standard 11-01.8. This process must be complete prior to Grading Plan approval. Indicate what the use is for the adjacent properties. In effort to determine if there is a differential grading issue include pad grades for each structure.

5. Indicate the grading limits (limits of disturbance) on the grading plan. Include the line weight used in the legend and label accordingly.

6. Show the location of any buildings or structures within 15' of the proposed grading. DS 11-01.4.F.1.c.

7. Indicate the use of fabric filter underneath all proposed rock rip rap.
