The information submitted for review of this cellular tower consists of only a labeled aerial photo of the existing site configuration. It is staff's understanding a plan is in process for redevelopment of this property, with a proposed campus configuration different from the current development. To properly review this project, the cellular tower foundation must be shown on the proposed redevelopment plans. Please submit plans showing the location of the cell tower/foundation as it will be integrated into future site development. Please note, cellular towers and associated equipment cannot be located in a required landscape or parking area. 2. It is staff's understanding this cellular tower project has been reviewed through the special exception process. Please submit all documentation relating to the special exception process on the resubmittal. 3.
