1) The soils pressure is limited to 1500 psf without a soils report. The general notes and the
calculations specify 2000 psf. Either change the 2000 psf to 1500 psf. or provide
a soils report. Also revise your ftg. design to reflect the change.
2) All calc sheets shall be presented with a 10 point font. Some of the calc`s sheets
show a smaller font.
3) The structures dimensions shown on the site plan are different from those shown
On the structural plan. Also, the site plan and structural plan are signed by different
engineers.
