The Plan was not approved at this time. Grading Plan comments: 1. The proposed stabilization of Northmanor Wash at the location where the concrete pipe is to be removed does not meet the requirements of the rezoning conditions. Revise the proposed wash treatment to minimize the hardscaping while providing the necessary grade control. David Kay of Standard Pacific Homes proposed some possible solutions in our meeting on Friday, May 6. Revise the Grading Plan to address all of these comments and resubmit three copies of the Grading plan .
