A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match. 3. Include a general note stating that all grading will conform to the Development Standard 11-01. 4. Show roof drainage (flow arrows). DS 2-02.2.1.A.16. 5. It is acknowledged that construction note 31, detail 1/7 is on the site plan for the first phase of this project. For plan clarity include the detail of the scupper on phase II. 6. Submit three copies of the grading plan, SWPPP plan and SWPPP narrative for the second submittal. 7. There are no SWPPP comments at this time. If there are any significant changes to the grading plan the SWPPP plan and narrative must reflect these changes. |
