4. Provide a shut off valve and indicate the BTUH gas load at each service location.
5. Show the location and size of the water meter on the plans. Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 1994.
6. Revise the drawing to clearly show the location of the water service entrance and shut off valve along with their relationship to the water piping in the building. Label the sizes of all of the pipe sections. Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 1994.
7. Provide water pressure and pipe sizing calculations per Sections 610.1 and 610.4 of the 1994 UPC and in accordance with the PEX manufacturer's installation instructions. The water pressure range for the address can be obtained from Tucson Water at 791-2631.
8. Show how the HW and CW are to be installed between the two buildings.
9. Provide combustion air for the water heater and show the flue (size, height, and termination).
10. Clarify the routing of the building drains, show the size of each pipe section, and the size of each trap.
11. Clarify the relationship between the two building sewers. Show all of the cleanouts from the point of connection to the building drain to the HCS at the public sewer.
12. Show the grade of the 4" building sewer.
13. If the plumber reroutes any plumbing lines (Note #2), a revision to the project will be required.
