Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed: 1) This is a full code compliance review, 2) The legal description must be added to the site plan (DS 2-02.2.1.A.2), 3) Please add a general note which states the existing and proposed uses of this site (DS 2-02.2.1.A.31), 4) Add the existing building height and setbacks to the site plan (DS 2-02.2.1.A.6 & 7), 5) 90 degree parking requires a 24 foot PAAL for maneuvering. Please clearly dimension all proposed PAAL areas. The four (4) parking spaces north of the proposed playground must have wheel stops per DS 3-05.2.3.C) (DS 2-02.1.A.8), 6) The general notes indicate seven (7) parking spaces are provided but the plan indicates eight (8).
