1. The 100-year peak water surface elevation (WSEL) shown on the plan is incorrect. Per the hydrology report on page three the WSEL (Base Flood Elevation) is 2336.3'. What has been shown on the plan is the elevation of the required FFE. Revise the site plan to show the correct WSEL. DS 2-02.2.1.A.15.

2. Please note an Elevation Certificate is required for each structure and must be returned to Development Services prior to final inspection, occupancy of structure, or issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
