1. This permit is for the purpose of a new commercial building (County library) within a FEMA floodplain Zone AE.

2. The lowest finish floor of the building and utilities on the property under this permit shall be placed a minimum of 2482.50 feet above sea level, NAVD 1988 as certified by a Registered Land Surveyor. This Certification must be completed and returned to Development Services Department, Engineering Section, on the 1st floor of the County/City Public Works Building at 201 N. Stone Ave. This Certification must completed and returned prior to final inspection, occupancy of the structure, or issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
