RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Floodplain use permit.

The Floodplain use (FUP) permit cannot be approved at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.


Flood plain use permit:

1. A revised Drainage report is needed to reflect the proposed changes from Medical Center to the Apartment complex.
2. The content and format of the Drainage report should follow S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.3.
3. The FUP cannot be issued at this time without an approved development plan. I understand that Craig Gross indicated that the development plan will be signed, however COT engineering must have a copy of the approved development plan.
4. Please include a set of the improvement plan or the plans the work is being constructed, with the FUP re-submittal. There were no construction plans with this submittal to review. More information is needed.
5. A PIA plan must be submitted to Permits and Code for any construction done in the Alamo Wash R/W for review. FYI, Permits and Codes reviews construction plans in the R/W and COT/DSD Engineering will review the Drainage report and issue the FUP.
