Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. Resubmittal Required: Flood Use Permit Application and Plans 1. As indicated in previous conversations, the flow through wall openings must be shown on the plan in plan and detail with dimensions and locations. 2. As indicated in a previous conversation, stormwater must be accepted and released form developments essentially at the same locations and with the same magnitudes as encountered under existing conditions. Wall openings have only been proposed for the small area of the wall that is in a FEMA SFHA. There is no indication that openings are proposed for the rest of the wall. Provide grades on the plan for all affected properties to show that flow conditions will remain the same. Or revise the drainage statement to include a statement by the registered engineer that flow conditions will remain the same. Or provide wall openings for the entire wall. |
