Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN, FLOODPALIN USE APPLICATION 1. It is acknowledged that on sheet A-5 there is a note stating the proposed addition will be built a the same elevation as the existing structure. However for plan clarity include this statement on sheet A-1 in location near the proposed addition. 2. Once the addition is constructed an elevation certificate will have to be completed by a registered land surveyor and returned to the Development Services Department prior to Final Inspection of the completed addition. For your convenience I have attached a blank elevation certificate. 3. I have also enclosed the completed elevation certificate for the structure. The elevation certificate that was submitted was not complete. For an elevation certificate to be complete, a licensed registered land surveyor is required to seal (stamp) the document. |
