Please address the following comments with your resubmittal. 1. The Location Map and Title Block information do not match the permit application. Revise both the Location Map and Title Block to be consistent with the proposal. 2. Clearly describe the work that is proposed. Include the building plans with the Floodplain Use Permit Application. 3. Show how the proposed building will be constructed so the lowest floor will be at least one foot above the base flood elevation. If the proposed structure is to be placed on fill, show how the fill will be protected from erosion. 4. If more than 50 cubic yards of fill are required, a grading permit will be required.
