COMMENTS: Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The parking calculations indicate that there is a deficit in parking for the proposed educational-instructional school use. A Board of Adjustment Variance is required for the parking deficit. State the variance case number, date of approval, what variances were approved for and conditions of approval on the site plan. In addition, provide a copy of the variance approval document to the Zoning Review Section upon resubmittal.
