RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Floodplain use permit and Site Plan.

The Floodplain use permit cannot be approved at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Flood plain use permit and Site Plan.

1. Please submit the Drainage report and supporting calculations for the RCP's crossing Valencia Road.
2. Include any adverse effects to the adjacent property owner due to ponding or increased water surface elevations from the installation of pipes under Valencia Road.
3. Please submit the Drainage report and supporting calculations for the 5 elliptical pipes and penetrations into the Atterbury Wash demonstrating the need for that many pipes.
4. Include reference to any literature on the flap gates and how much pressure or amount of water it will take to open the gates.
