1. Provide the maximum slope of the handicapped ramp and access aisles to be provided on the plan drawing detail.

2. Add the restrictions which the proposed use is subject to as a note on the plan. The vehicle sales use in the C-2 zone is subject to LUC 3.5.9.5.A and 3.5.9.5.B., which limit the use of outdoor lighting.
