Add the restrictions which the proposed use is subject to as a note on the plan. The vehicle sales use in the C-2 zone is subject to LUC 3.5.9.5.A and 3.5.9.5.B., which limit the use of outdoor lighting. LUC 2.5.4.2.B.6 3. Revise required parking calulation to be mathematically correct (based on one vehicle space per 250 square feet of office GFA plus 1 vehicle space per 10,000 square feet of gross lot area). LUC 3.3.4 4. Add the future sight visibility triangles (SVT) at the access drive to 12th Ave. DS 2-02.1.A.10 5. Revise building setback to the north and south property lines to extend all the way to the property line instead of just the edge of easement. Zoning setbacks are measured to property lines.
