The applicant agrees to comply with the City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard regulations and agrees to the conditions stated below. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. This permit is valid only for the enclosure of the existing porch as described in the permit application with the Activity Number T04CM01158. As presented, this is not substantial improvement. The estimated value of the improvements is $17,652.00. The estimated value of previous improvements is $18,119. The appraised value of the existing structure is $73,081. The total value of improvements authorized by this permit may not exceed $18,421.50. Any additional improvements to this structure will require an additional Floodplain Use Permit. This permit will expire one year from the date of issue. Renewal of this permit will required a new application, review and approval by the Development Services Department. |
