The construction of the Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert shall be subject to the conditions listed below. 1. The permittee shall obtain all permits, agreements and/or easements that may be required by the City of Tucson, Department of Transportation for the construction of the box culvert. 2. The permittee shall control the construction of the box culvert to minimize the loss of soil through erosion. At a minimum construction within the channel shall not be performed between June 16 and September 15. 3. The box culvert will be constructed as described in the Hydraulic/Hydrologic Report. |
