1) Add legal descriptions and addresses to site plan (DS 2-02.2.1.A.2 & 3),
2) Location map should be revised to eliminate a reference to Blacklidge Drive (DS 2-02.2.1.A.4),
3) Please add the GFA of the building to the Land Use Code Data (DS 2-02.2.2.B.2),
4) Dimension the width of the proposed parking spaces and the distance of the wheel stops from the front of the parking spaces (DS 2-01.2.2.A.8, 3-05.2.3.C.2),
5) Detail handi-cap access from the parking spaces to the sidewalk (ramps and slopes as required) and detail the proposed signage,
6) If the bicycle parking is proposed, please fully dimension location on the site plan. If it is existing, please identify the existing location (DS 2-02.2.1.A.9, DS 2-09),
7) The general notes indicate a loading zone is provided yet it could not be located. Revise the site plan as required (DS 2-02.2.1.A.14).
