Reviewer: Doug Williams Previous grading permit application "General Comment" numbers 1 and 3 have not been sufficiently addressed. Please address these comments prior to resubmittal. A $150.00 Engineering Study Review Fee will be required upon resubmittal, in accordance with Section 26-11.2 I 1. A LOMR will be required due to the proposed modifications to the FEMA delineated 100-year floodplain limits. 2. Include 2 copies of a hydrology report with this resubmittal, specifically addressing the proposed bridge crossing and channel widening proposed under the current grading and floodplain use permit applications. The report's title should indicate this, and must contain all appropriate hydraulic claculations addressing existing and developed conditions 100-year water surface elevations, including freeboard, scour calculations, freeboard, etc. as they affect the proposed drainage crossing.
