Kino Blvd. PROPERTY OWNER: Doug Collins The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson Special Flood Hazard Area, specifically described as: AMERICAN VILLA RESUB LOTS 5 6 7 & 44.75' PTN OF FORMER CAMPBELL AVE LYG W OF LOT 7 BLK 18 (RD 8435/454) For the purpose of improvements to an existing conforming structure. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations, and is bound by the conditions stated herein. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations require application for, review and approval of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. The following conditions apply to this permit: 1) All work shall conform to the Tenant Improvement Remodel plans, which are made a part of this permit. 2) The existing drainage patterns at the property lines shall not be obstructed or diverted in any fashion. 3) Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. 4) Within 5 (five) days of issuance of this permit, through completion of the project, notification must be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the job site stating "CONSTRUCTION PROCEEDING UNDER REQUIREMENTS OF CITY OF TUCSON FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT # T04OT00305 - FOR INFORMATION PLEASE CALL 791-5550." 5) A right-of-way permit is required for any development, excavation, or construction activity within the right of way. Contact Tucson Department of Transportation - Permits and Codes Section, Engineering Division at 791-5100 for questions relating to right of way permit information. 6) Any proposed walls or fences will require a separate floodplain use permit application and review prior to installation/construction.
