It does not meet minimum code requirements and encroaches into the required PAAL in that area, 2) All dumpster which are not in the orginal locations, as depicted on the development plan recorded in bk 6 pg 92 must be fully dimensioned, screened, and may not interfere in other required uses of the site, 3) Show all awnings, fully dimensioned, on the site plan, 4) The new patio areas around buildings A and C may not use the MS&R reduction per the last approved site plan because they are new square footage. Revise calculations as required, 5) Since additional parking is provided (since the development plan detailed above) those spaces must be fully dimensioned ( There appears to be 10 additional spaces), 6) The two new handi-cap spaces must be fully dimensioned, including signage and access requirements, on the site plan, 7) Provide a landscape plan which demonstrates compliance with the landscape requirements listed on the recoreded development plan listed above. The islands in the parking lot may not be removed if trees are need to meet the minimum Gateway requirements listed on the plan, 8) The southeast corner of building A does not match that shown on the recorded dp. Please explain, 9) Demonstrate that the Peguins outdoor patio area does not interfer with the 4 foot sidewalk around the building, 10) Provide a breakdown of the existing uses by square footage on the site plan, 11) On-site inspections have revealed that the as-built site plan does not match what is going on on the site. Revise as required. |
