CODE SECTION/ DEVELOPMENT STANDARD 1. Per Pima County Assessors Records, the site is comprised of two (2) separate parcels which must be combined by providing a copy of the recorded City of Tucson Lot Combination Covenant and a copy of the approved Pima County Assessors Tax Combination form. A copy of the City of Tucson Lot Combination Covenant is attached to the yellow site plan card. The Pima County Assessors Tax Combination Form may be obtained at the Assessors office. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.2) 2. General note three (3) on sheet one (1) states the proposed use as: "Professional Office" and general note four (5) Building Area states the proposed use as "retail/restaurant." Revise for consistency. This review is based on retail/restaurant uses. 3. a) Please note the existing use of the site. b) Please note the proposed uses as listed under LUC Sec. 2.5.3.2.
