1. Since the N-G bond takes place in the service disconnects, the grounds in the feeders between the CT can and disconnects consist of a redundant path to ground. Please remove.
2. Feeders on load side of service disconnects need OCPDs.
3. If the OCPD in the 400A disconnect is rated 400A, the ground needs to be a minimum of #3, not #4.
4. Question the practice of two disconnects feeding one gutter. Willing to discuss.
