1. Please eliminate the GND in the conduit between the meter and the disconnect as a parallel path to ground. See NEC 250-24 (b).
2. Grounding Electrode Conductor shall be sized per NEC Table 250-66. 600 kcmil requires 1/0, not #4.
3. Per Bussman SPD, "c" value for 600 kcmil (non-metallic) is 28033, not 22965. Please correct, or justify otherwise.
4. Panel feeders are 3/0 in plan view, but #3 on line diagram. Please clarify.
5. Feeder conductors, #3, are not properly protected by 200A fuses.
6 The AFC ratings of the panels, at 10 KAIC, are not sufficient.
