1. Can not install overhead service unless the existing service is overhead. Plans do not clarify that. Please indicate such on plans.
2. Since AFC is 12,685A at the panel, the 10,000A rating is insufficient. Please correct.
3. Feeder to new panel does not have overcurrent protection. Please clarify whether this is to be a fuse or a breaker, and provide current and fault current rating.
4. Eliminate the 1/0 GND between the meter and the service disconnect, as it constitutes a parallel path to ground.
5. NEC 220-30 is applicable to dwelling units, not commercial. Please remove such reference from the Service Load Calculation. Otherwise, the calculation itself is acceptable.
