1) Need to have a complete site plan showing all buildings. Locate on site the building that is being remodeled. Dimensions from other buildings. Justify per code section 302.3.2.
2) Separated use 2 hour separation between B and R2 use. Please clarify / locate and provide wall section.
3) Exercise room A-3 use? See section 302.2.1. Please clarify / justify.
4) Separated use see table 302.3.2, 2 hr. fire separation required between a B use and R2/A3. Please clarify / justify.
5) Detail connection of beam 5 1/8" x 12" GLM beam at existing wall.
6) Clarify exercise room 1 story or 2 story structure. Provide calculations accordingly. Beams carrying roof and flooring load?

This ped. connection is required and the 5-foot pedestrian refuge shown on the partial site plan must also include a 4-foot sidewalk. Also, for reference, show the parking spaces as they exist within the vehicle use area shown on the partial site plan.
