1. A Grading plan and permit are required. This project does not meet the exemption criteria of Development Standard 11-01.2.3. The drainage report exhibits indicate that fill will be placed in areas with slopes that exceed 20 per cent. Provide a complete grading permit submittal with a grading plan showing the extent of work and details describing the toe down and tie in for the bank protection. The plan must be drawn to scale and the specifications for the bank protection must be included in the drainage report or in a separate report provided by a registered professional engineer. The plan must also show the extent of the floodplain.
2. The drainage report indicates that the bank will be protected with gunnited rock riprap. Revise the drainage report to provide sizing and embedding details and design criteria for the bank protection. The design must be consistent with the flow velocities indicated in the drainage report.
