The following item must be revised on or added to the site plan: 1. Based on Project Data note 6 the proposed use of the site is commercial storage which falls in the Commercial Storage Use Group. But Project Data note 16 (for parking) indicates that it is proposed for the Industrial Use Group. Revise for consistency. Not that if the proposed use is industrial, parking is required at the ratio of 1 vehicle space per 500 square feet. If applicable, revise parking calculations accordingly. In addition, for clarity, revise the title of the plan to specify the proposed use. For example, if commercial storage is proposed, revise the title to read: "New Storage Building".
