Add a loading zone calculation to the plan specifying the number of loading zones required and provided. LUC 3.4.5.3 requires one loading space with a dimension of 12 feet by 35 feet. From the statement in the calculations it is acknowledged that a Board of Adjustment variance application will be applied for. If a variance is approved for the deletion of the loading zone requirement, add the case number, the date of approval, what the variance was approved for and any conditions imposed. LUC 3.4.5.2 DS 2-02.2.1.A.38 2. The 17' total width of the handicap parking space and access aisle shown on the site plan drawing is not consistent with the detail, which shows a total of 16 feet (8'+ 8'). Revise to be consistent.
