The minimum required PAAL width for two-way traffic is 24 feet. PAAL and entrance drive at its narrowest points. There does not appear to be 24 feet provided at the southeast (entrance) to the parking lot. Revise drawing to show how parking lot will meet code.

2. Between any building and PAAL a minimum 5-foot pedestrian refuge area, including a 4-foot wide sidewalk, must be provided. Revise plan to show a pedestrian refuge with sidewalk near the south corner of the building between the PAAL and the building.

3. Correct the zoning (SR) of the adjacent property to the southwest of the site.

4. It is not clear where parking striping is proposed to be removed. Keynote 12 states that existing parking striping is to be removed, but the immediately adjacent keynote 8 indicates parking striping for stall deliniation. Clarify.
