1) Clarify occupancy use for each building. It appears to have a C of O as a adult care facility but no permits have been pulled clarifying use of each room. Clarify use of each room. If commercial use? Plans need to be submitted as a commercial building, therefore structural calculations will need to be provided. It appears you want to change occupancy to a R2, therefore justification needs to be provided per the IBC 2003.

2) All buildings have a open violation which needs to be resolved to issue any new permits on this lot. See copy of violation T01VL02730.
3) Clarify accessibility per Chapter 11 of the IBC.
4) Clarify per Chapter 34, section 3409 accessibility for existing buildings.
