2. The zoning for the lots adjacent to the south and west is R-3. Please revise your plans.

3. The lot coverage calculation should include all vehicle use areas. For the calculation list the structures, with the square footage of the footprint, and all the vehicle use areas, such as carports and driveways; then total them. Divide the total by the lot square footage.

4. Depict the ingress egress easement on the plot plan, identify the use and the docket and page.
